My favorite so far is still resolving the Sven-Camilla-Faendal love triangle by fucking one of them. Adds sex-based solutions to certain vanilla quests. I love this one, even if I'm not playing a sex-heavy playthrough I find it adds a nice little bit of incidental flavor to the game world. There are also copies of Healing and Healing Hands that cause arousal, which is fantastic if you're into the "healslut" trope.
